Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy includes free standard shipping on orders over $75. We process orders within 1-3 business days and provide tracking information once the package has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. We ship through USPS and offer Economy, Standard, and USPS Priority Mail.

  • Economy Shipping:
    Economy shipping is our most cost-effective option, providing reliable delivery at a budget-friendly rate. Packages shipped via economy typically arrive within 5-8 business days after dispatch. This method is ideal for customers who prioritize savings and are comfortable with longer delivery times.

  • Standard Shipping:
    Standard shipping offers a balance between cost and speed. Packages sent via standard shipping usually reach their destination within 3-4 business days from the date of shipment. It's a popular choice for customers seeking reasonably fast delivery without paying for expedited options.

  • USPS Priority Mail:
    USPS Priority Mail is our expedited shipping option for faster delivery. Packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail generally arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch. This method includes features such as tracking and insurance, making it ideal for customers who need their items quickly and reliably.

    To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames, it is important to accurately enter all required address information when making a purchase to ensure timely delivery. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment details, and route information should be provided to avoid any issues with the shipment. We are not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered packages due to inaccurate address information provided during the purchase process.

     

    Processing time

    All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

     

    Damages & Issues

    IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR ITEM(S) DELIVERED WERE RECEIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT, YOU MUST CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD OR TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT ITEM. 

    PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ITEM(S) WE RECEIVE WITHOUT LABELS, WORN OR STAINED (SUCH AS BY MAKEUP, DEODORANT, ETC.) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RE-SHIPPING FEE IF APPLICABLE
